Process
Our process is about speed and attention to detail, about managing the expectations of both the client and the candidate. Accurate and detailed information is provided to ensure that both parts feel well prepared and that the interviews are optimized. We are there to ensure that the right offer is made to the right candidate and acceptance follows.
We do not advertise anything, anywhere. Not the role, nor our company. We work purely on a referral basis - if we’re speaking with a candidate, it’s because someone who we know is good, said that this candidate is good and why. Using a three pronged approach we go to our network at the level above the search, the level of and the level below to ask them who is the best person they know for this search.
Using this three pronged approach is a more direct route to the candidates with real leadership identity. Quite simply, their former bosses, peers or subordinates refer them to us.
